QA Engineer

As a QA engineer, you combine the art of design with the discipline of programming to create elegant and smart solutions. You will bridge the gap between developers, product, and end-users.
This is a challenging position and an amazing opportunity for someone with strong software test development skills to shape our platform's future, as you’ll help define how the application looks and functions.
Responsibilities
Manual and automation testing
Interact with product management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives
Design and create manual and automation test cases
Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build new tools for performing testing/validation function
Execute and analysis automation test results
Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate
Collaborate with Kahoot! on building the next generation of enterprise software.
Qualifications
3+ years in Manual/Automation
Selenium-based UI testing experience on any OOP language (preferably Java)
Testing web-services (REST/SOAP) experience
Adept at writing test plans and test cases for end-to-end testing
Highly creative and out-of-the box thinking when bug hunting and developing test scenarios
Experience with Scrum
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (e.g. Git/SourceTree/BitBucket/etc.)
You are a person that has a constant desire to learn and the ability to learn quickly
Strong detail orientation attitude
You volunteer when it comes to taking responsibility.
You feel comfortable expressing yourself in English
Nice to have experience with JavaScript, SQL, Docker, information security concepts, & Maven/Jenkins/TestNG/Selenide
