We are joint controllers under the GDPR with Meta Ireland for the collection and subsequent sharing of data through Meta Pixels. We have entered into the necessary and relevant agreements with Meta Ireland to determine the respective responsibilities for compliance with the obligations under the GDPR with regard to the joint processing. Under this agreement, we are responsible for providing you with the information listed herein; and Meta Ireland is responsible for enabling data subjects’ rights under Articles 15-20 of the GDPR with regard to any personal data stored by Meta Ireland after the joint processing. Your Personal data will be processed transparently. You are entitled to make a request to access, update, port, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your Personal Information. Facilitating such request is as simple as exporting the relevant data with a self-service solution.
We do not claim any ownership over customer data and will never transfer, sell, or license out access to said data to any third parties, except to our sub-processors to provide our services, as instructed by our customer or as legally required by the competent authorities.
We do not retain Personal Information longer than necessary for achieving the purpose for which it was collected. We may retain Personal Information where we have an ongoing legitimate business or legal obligation to do so.
We provide a secure and reliable application that ensures automated anonymization and deletion of data for inactive data subjects, as well as opt-out functionality with subsequent deletion for data subjects. When a contact has been deleted or inactivated for a certain amount of time, this contact is anonymized, meaning that all their data is overwritten and no longer personally identifiable.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, and we strive to protect it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we have therefore adopted proper technical and organizational measures designed to protect your Personal Information. This includes a strict access control regimen where data is encrypted both at rest and in transit.
